On the weekend of October 24–26, Petralia Sottana hosts the Autumn Madonie Flavours Festival: three days of food stalls, tastings and shows celebrating the culinary excellence and local craftsmanship of the Madonie. A perfect event to combine with a weekend of nature and charming villages.

• Friday 24 – Sunday 26 October 2025: the historic centre comes alive with food stalls along Corso Paolo Agliata, music and entertainment filling the squares.
